Why advertise?
The obvious answer to this is: To gain MORE business and INCREASE profits by having MORE customers! Where do 90% of your potential new customers live? The answer to this is: LOCALLY.

When you advertise, who are you trying to reach? The 10% who live out of the area, or the 90% who live locally? When you advertise in our magazine, we only tell the local people about you and your business. Of course you could decide not to advertise… and tell nobody!

Affordable, low-cost advertising
Promoting your business with us is incredibly inexpensive and has proved highly successful for many of our advertisers, and our prices start from just £25 per month. From day one the aim of the magazine has been to provide an effective link between local business and local residents which in turn provides a free voice for the community.

Most of our advertisers take advantage of our 4 and 6 month package rates which offer considerable discount on what are already rock-bottom prices. Premium space is also available in the magazine.

Local not regional
It’s tempting to a publisher to cover a wider area with one magazine because it’s more cost effective and therefore more profitable.  But this is not what the readers want.  They want their magazine to feel local and be filled with local advertisers. We are regularly complimented on the friendly, community-based style of our magazine.

Readers enjoy the mix of light reading, local information and puzzles and of course, the local advertisers benefit from this.  Magazines are not full of advertorials and they are logically laid out so it’s easy to find relevant information on local services and businesses.

The A5 size is popular.  It’s handy to keep, not obtrusive and one advantage to advertisers is fewer adverts per page.

Quality publication
The design is between the “coffee table” style of some other magazines and the more basic style of parish publications.  It’s deemed as a useful, friendly and well liked publication by our readers.

How is the magazine delivered?
The printed version of Inside Magazine is A5 in size, and is delivered through the letterbox to approximately 20,000 households in the North Chingford, South Chingford and Highams Park areas over a two month period. It’s a great way for local services and businesses to promote themselves to residents in the area! The costs of production and distribution of the magazine are met by advertisers.
